Welcome to Kissimmee Bay

Welcome to Kissimmee Bay Country Club Community, Osceola's best-kept secret.

While we all know that communication is the best that we can do for you right now, we could like to give you some information that you may need immediately.

We communicate with the Community via e-mail, thank you for providing your E-mail address.

We are a very hands-on Board and have all remotes, forms, keys and information on the Community.

List of accomplishments for 2020

  • 1. New surface on basketball and tennis courts.
  • 2. New nets and striping on tennis courts.
  • 3. New fencing on basketball court and playground.
  • 4. Fresh paint on pavilion and playground.
  • 5. 4 new cameras at R/V and Town Hall.
  • 6. Repair all problem drainage areas on all roads.
  • 7. Replace all asphalt on all roads except Elsie and Bridget’s.
  • 8. New Decking at Marina.
  • 9. Dredge canal to East Lake Toho.
  • 10. Remove all vegetation leading from Canal.
  • 11. Trimmed all trees in Bay to 14’.
  • 12. Remove all unnecessary vegetation from ponds.
  • 13. Brought delinquent dues to under 7 thousand dollars.

List of things to accomplish in 2021.

  • 1. Remove vegetation from area behind homes on L J hole 12.
  • 2. Install two perpendicular docks at marina.
  • 3. Clean area adjacent to 11 green.
  • 4. Install fountains with lights on holes 9 and 10.
  • 5. Repair and rebuild Weir on hole 16.
  • 6. Paint walls and guard house on KBC entrance.
  • 7. Install additional lightning on KBC entrance.
  • 8. Install additional street lighting on Elsie and Bridget’s.
  • 9. Install duplex outlets on all remaining light poles for holiday decoration.
  • 10. Refurbish inside of guard house.
  • 11. Renegotiate contract with Spectrum.
  • 12. Sweeps streets minimum of 4 times in 2021.
  • 13. Repair remaining damage sidewalks in community.
  • 14. Continue to strive to meet all homeowner's needs.
